Lady Gaga is an American singer, songwriter and actress. Known for her image reinventions and versatility across the entertainment industry, she is an influential figure in popular music and regarded as a pop icon.

Relationship with Beyoncé[]
On October 2, 2009, the pair met up at the Billboard Women in Music luncheon and Beyoncé had the idea for Gaga to be on a remix of Video Phone. A few days later, Gaga recorded her verse and the song was officially released on November 17, 2009.
One day later, on November 18, Lady Gaga released The Fame Monster, with the inclusion of Telephone, featuring Beyoncé. The song was released as a single on January 26, 2010.
Gaga allowed Beyoncé to listen to her second studio album, Born This Way sometime before the release.
Just a few weeks after the 2016 Super Bowl, Beyoncé requested Gaga would fill in for her Coachella performance, due to Beyoncé’s pregnancy. Gaga accepted the request and fill in for her.
