Rumi Carter (born June 13, 2017) is the daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z. She is the older twin sister of Sir and the younger sister of Blue Ivy.
Biography[]
On February 1, 2017, Beyoncé posted on Instagram and revealed that she was expecting twins. Rumi and her twin brother Sir were born on June 13, 2017. She is Louisiana Creole-American and African-American descent on her mother's side and African-American on her father's side.
Rumi is the older twin. She was named after the poet Rumi.
Her maternal grandmother, Tina Knowles, said Rumi enjoys painting, fashion and is very creative.
