Produced by Beyoncé, Hit-Boy, and Lil Ju, it is a braggadocious track where Beyoncé raps about her accentuating body appearance, in addition to flaunting her wealth, over a dark trap-infused hip-house beat.
Performances[]
Along with "ALL UP IN YOUR MIND" and "Drunk In Love", the song was originally on the opening night setlist of the Renaissance World Tour, accompanied by stage visuals of Beyoncé in a robot costume, and giant inflatable metallic breasts on stage. The entire section was cut for the remainder of the tour, sparking outrage from fans. The song's removal from the setlist prompted a "Justice 4 Thique" campaign across social media, even going so far as fans making posters for Beyoncé to read. In response, on August 14, 2023, Parkwood posted across its social media accounts a compilation video of fans outside the Mercedes-Benz Stadium proclaiming "Justice 4 Thique". [1]
On August 14, 2023, Beyoncé returned all three songs to the setlist for the final night of her three-night Atlanta stop at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, surprising fans and prompting speculation whether the songs will remain for the rest of the tour.
